Klip Weaver
Vice President |
 |
Klip has over 20 years of experience in energy efficiency and HVAC, and is widely respected as one of the leaders in the industry in the State of Texas.
With successful careers at Johnson Controls and TAC / Schneider Electric, he has worked with State and local governmental entities as well as public and private universities and K-12 School Districts to develop and implement over $120M worth of comprehensive facilities solutions that reduce deferred maintenance and lower operating costs.
Klip was a member of the Comptroller’s Energy Efficiency Task force and chaired two of five subcommittees that developed the State of Texas Performance Contracting Guidelines. As a public sector co-chair of the Texas Chapter of the Energy Services Coalition, Klip has recently worked with the State Energy Conservation Office to revise the guidelines to meet current legislation and state mandates, including developing a standard contract and an open book pricing model.
As a founding member of DMI Entegral Solutions Group, Klip is responsible for the day to day operations of the business, as well as setting its vision and strategy for delivering our services to the marketplace. He coordinates Entegral Solutions’ business with the overall business of DMI Corp. He resides in the DFW Metroplex with his wife and two children.

Brian Ratcliff

Prior to joining DMI Entegral Solutions Group, Brian spent the last 14 years developing energy efficiency business in Texas, Virginia, and New York.
Brian started his career at TAC / Schneider Electric in their Energy Solutions division, where he developed energy efficiency projects for K-12 school districts and commercial office. In late 2000 he cofounded a small, privately owned ESCO serving multi-tenant commercial real estate. There, he worked with asset managers to structure comprehensive projects using creative procurement and financing strategies to fit the unique needs of that market.
Later, he returned to TAC / Schneider Electric where he opened and established the Richmond, VA office of the Energy Solutions division, and grew it to a ~$30M annual branch. Brian was also chosen to be the liaison between TAC / Schneider Electric and the Clinton Climate Initiative in New York City, where he worked with the CCI leadership on training workshops, financing strategies, and business development.
As a founding member of DMI Entegral Solutions Group, Brian is responsible for the overall branding and business development strategy of the business. Today, Brian lives in the DFW Metroplex with his wife and four daughters.

Judson Clark, P.E.
Director of Engineering |

Judson has held various leadership and management positions with major energy sector companies over the last 16 years and has successfully designed, developed, and/or implemented over $300 million worth of energy conservation projects.
In addition to successful stints at Carter & Burgess, Johnson Controls, and Direct Energy, Judson most recently served as the Owner’s Representative for the State of Texas on demand side management and energy efficiency projects. During this time, Mr. Clark participated with the State Energy Conservation Office updating the State Guidelines for Performance Contracting in order to satisfy current requirements.
Judson brings extensive experience in complex demand side management initiatives involving such projects as new central utility plants with thermal energy storage capabilities, district cooling plants, and distributed generation projects. As a registered professional engineer within the State of Texas, Judson is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) along with the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
As a founding member of DMI Entegral Solutions Group, Judson is responsible for leading the project development, energy analysis, and engineering aspects of the business. He resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and is married with two daughters.

Don Meek
Director of Construction Operations |

For over 30 years, Don has been managing the construction and service for energy conservation and mechanical projects.
With careers at Johnson Controls, TAC / Schneider Electric, and Transcend Equity Development, Don has successfully managed the construction of over $200M worth of energy and HVAC renovations throughout Texas and the Mid-Atlantic.
Don brings a record of 100% client satisfaction from every project he has managed; a tribute to his knowledge and understanding of client needs and expectations during construction delivery, as well as a deep and clear grasp on how to properly schedule, budget, and implement renovations.
As a founding member of DMI Entegral Solutions, Don is responsible for heading all construction operation activities for the group. He resides in the DFW area with his wife.

Chalo Valls
Director of Performance Management |

Chalo brings 13 years of experience in building automation, information technology, and performance management techniques to his role at DMI Entegral Solutions.
Prior to joining the group, Chalo most recently was Director of Technology for Transcend Equity Development, where he pioneered the use of new technology to proactively manage the performance of energy efficiency and conservation projects in commercial office space.
Chalo began his career in Guatemala with the first internet service provider in the country, where he successfully launched and ran the World Quest Networks division providing internet fax services for businesses, as well as securing contracts with MCI and Sprint to land international voice calls over satellite. From 1997 to 2003, Chalo worked as a system specialist and project manager for TAC / Schneider Electric, before becoming the IT director for TAC Americas.
As a founding member of DMI Entegral Solutions, Chalo is responsible for overseeing all technology deployments and managing the performance for energy projects. He resides in the DFW area with his wife and 3 children. |

Perry Been
Public Sector Services |

Prior to joining DMI Entegral Solutions, Perry served as the Deputy Director of the Texas State Energy Conservation Office from February 2000 through August 2009. Under his direction, SECO administered and delivered a wide variety of energy efficiency and renewable energy programs to significantly reduce energy cost and consumption in Texas' institutional, industrial, transportation and residential sectors. He has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Energy Services Coalition (ESC) since 2002 and served as the Public Sector Vice President on the ESC Board from 2003 through August 2009. Perry is an active member of ESC’s Education Committee, Market Transformation Committee, and the Texas state chapter.
Before joining SECO, Perry served as the Director of Administration for the Texas State Fire Marshal's Office (1996-2000) and the Director of Administration for the Texas Commission on Fire Protection (1992-1996).
Perry is responsible for business development in central and south Texas. He resides with his wife in Austin, TX.

Bill Savarino

Prior to joining DMI Entegral Solutions Group, Bill spent the last 15 years developing energy efficiency business in Texas for companies such as Schneider Electric and McKinstry. Bill has extensive experience in the K-12, City and County markets assisting clients with design build energy and facility renovation projects.
Before Bill began his career in the energy efficiency industry, he was a minor leage baseball player. After signing with the Oakland A’s Baseball organization out of college, he played four seasons, including Rookie League in Medford, Oregon, Single A in Modesto, California and Double A in Huntsville , Alabama.
Bill is responsible for business development in south Texas. He resides with his wife and two daughters in the San Antonio, TX area. |
