Energy Program Management is a
comprehensive service that involves discovery, analysis, project
development, phase planning, design, construction management,
commissioning and performance management. The Program Manager
is responsible to the owner for documenting areas in the owner’s
facilities and/or operations that need improvement, bringing
ideas and solutions to the owner, helping secure funding, planning
and implementing the solutions. The intent is to ensure that
the typical consequences that accompany a piecemeal, non-managed
energy program do not occur. The Program Management role is intended
to be a long term relationship based on a continuous proving
out of the value.
